Tiny Smiles are children ages 0-5 years old who must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver.

Our focus is on education, visual dental exam, and application of fluoride varnish to reduce caires.

1. Child is seen by appointment only scheduled with the GKAS office.
2. Health History/Consent for Treatment form must be submitted to office before arriving on the date of scheduled appointment.
